Ageing: Matured in traditional oak and chestnut wood (caratelli) barrels for at least 4 years. The barrels are not topped up to allow the characteristic layer of Flor yeast to form and give the wine the distinctive aromas and flavors
It has a bright ochre yellow core with hints of gold. The nose is deeply layered with scents of apricot and bitter orange leading into a close marked by almond blossoms and honey. The focused mid-palate is warm and smoothly textured. Refreshing acidity and a saline-like mineral edge mark the wine's enticing finish.
