Vinification: Fortification with pure wine spirit untilreaching the optimal strength.

Deep and brilliant golden color with amber highlights. Intense and lingering with clear notes of driedfigs and carobs. In the palate it is sec and dry, with hints of almonds and spicyand balsamic notes.
