He is driven by an ambition, to make Pratello a house which are able to offer a little sip of Garda Lake in every bottle, but also to displace the platitudes and clichés focusing on rather unusual varieties and complex wines, which often aim to go beyond the identity of the area, but see them as an alternative to the more traditional types.
