The Rotari is Mezzacorona Group's jewel in the crown. Started in 1977.

Rotari comes from the valleys and hills of Trentino in the heart of The Dolomites and is an elegant and contemporary sparkling wine forged from the mountain elements. Rotari takes its name from stories and legends of the valiant Longbard King Rotari who fought some of the most important battles in the Trentino part of Trentino Alto Adige within the conquest for Italy.

Gruppo Mezzacorona founded in 1904, is currently one of the largest and most dynamic wineries in Italy. The winery has more than 3,600 hectares of vineyards, 2,600 hectares are located in the Trentino-Alto Adige region of northern Italy and ,000 hectares in Sicily.

In 2019 and 2021, Gruppo Mezzacorona is awarded Best Italian Producer and Best Sparkling Wine Producer in the Wine Competition Mundus Vini.
