Maturation: 10 months in wooden barrel + 6 months in bottle
Deep ink-red in color, it displays aromas of dried fruit, exotic spices, white pepper and dark chocolate, sandalwood and figs. The mouth feel is big and intense, yet round, rich, warm and extremely well-balanced. It displays complex and mouth-filling layers of soft, elegant tannins, with hints of vanilla, prunes, raisins, coffee and honey. The finish is very long, persistent and full, with a hint of sweetness from the oak aging.
