Ageing: 18 months in small barrel, 8 months in bottle
Hand-picked at the milddle of October. On January it’s added at the wine the skins of Amarone (after his fermentation) and start a second formation. Second fermentation will add body, color and alcohol to the wine. Ruby red dark; the nose is powerful fruity aromas and spices; well-balanced with a light, smooth, slightly tannic finish.
